Poker Hands

For any new beginners out there before i start to discuss the rules of poker I just wanted to talk more about the different poker hands players can have.

1. Royal Flush-
A-K-Q-J-10 in the same suit
2. Straight Flush -
6-7-8-9-10 5 cards of the same suit in a sequence
3. 4 Of A Kind-
k-k-k-k-8 4 cards of the same rank plus one side
4. Full House-
A-A-A-J-J 3 cards plus 2 cards of the same rank
5. Flush -
J-8-5-3-2 5 cards of the same suit
6. Straight-
5-6-7-8-9 5 cards in a sequence in mixed suits
7. 3 of a kind-
A-A-A-4-3 3 cards of the same rank plus 2 unrelated side cards
8. 2 pair-
J-J-8-8-5 2 cards of the same rank plus 2 others of the same rank and a side card
9. 1 pair
K-K-7-4-2 1 pair of the same rank and 3 others non related
10. High card
High card wins no one has one of the above in game of poker
